Entry 00 · The record

A passport for your face

Your car has a service history. Your boiler has one. Your face, the thing you actually live in, has nothing. This is the record it never had: every treatment stamped by the clinic that did it, and carried by you for life.

Keep scrolling. The pages turn.

Entry 01 · The question

"What have you had done before?"

It gets asked at every consultation, and it is the only question about your own medical history that the world expects you to answer with a guess. The clinic has notes, but they are the clinic’s notes. You are the one constant in your treatment history, and the only one never given a copy.

Entry 02 · How it works

Stamped at the source

01

Show your code

It works once and expires in five minutes. Any phone camera can read it.

02

Approve the entry

Written by the practitioner who did the work. Nothing enters without your yes.

03

Carry it for life

Encrypted in London. If the clinic closes, your record does not go with it.

VERIFIED

It costs the clinic about a minute. It lasts you a lifetime.

Entry 03 · The map

Tap your lips. Read their history.

Every region keeps its own page: how many times, how recently, which products. The next time someone asks what you have had done, you show them, with dates, instead of guessing at your own face.

✓ Clinic verified Added by you

Photograph the product label and the entry keeps it: brand, batch, dose. When the next recall makes the news, you read your own record instead of scrolling headlines, wondering.

Entry 05 · Your rules

You should not have to trust us, so you do not

Nothing goes in without you

Every entry needs your approval, every reader your permission. There is no admin override. We made sure by never building one.

Access you can take back

Give a doctor a viewing key, take it back after. Every look they took is on your trail.

Gone means gone

Erasure destroys the key, backups included. Records turn to noise, and not even we can read noise.

Entry 06 · From us

Two people built this

A doctor who gets asked that question all day, and a founder who decided it deserved a real answer. No ad money, no data brokers, nobody to sell you to. The promises on the facing page are load-bearing. Write to us and a founder writes back.

The waitlist is just below.

Entry 07 · Questions

Fair questions

Who can see my record?

You. That is the whole list until you decide otherwise. Hand a viewing key to a doctor when it is useful, take it back when it is not, and see every look they took in the meantime.

What if my clinic doesn't use it yet?

Start without them. Add your past treatments yourself, with a label photo if you kept the box. When your clinic joins, and joining takes them about a minute, their entries arrive with a verified mark. Mention it at your next appointment. Clinics listen to the person in the chair.

Can I really delete everything?

Yes, properly. Erasing destroys the key that protects your records, so they turn to noise everywhere at once, backups included. Nobody can reverse it. That is what delete should have always meant.

Where is my data kept?

London. Encrypted before it touches a disk. It does not leave the UK unless you ask it to.

Is it free?

Free during the pilot. Later you will pay us a little, and that is deliberate: it keeps you the customer instead of the product.

Is there an Android version?

iPhone first. If the waitlist fills up with Android addresses, that changes the plan.
